Distance Sales Agreement

Buyer: The person/entity who declares their information during the order process.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website.

3. Product Information

The type, quantity, price, and total amount including all taxes of the products are specified on the order page. Prices are exclusive of VAT, and VAT (20%) is added separately.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within 30 business days at the latest after order confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on the product type and stock availability.

5. Payment

The order amount is collected through the payment method specified during the order. Bank transfer/EFT payments are accepted for B2B sales.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date of the product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

7. Authorized Court

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized for disputes arising from this agreement.
