    Cancellation & Refund

    1. Right of Withdrawal

    The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date of the product without stating any reason.

    2. Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

    • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
    • All accessories and documents sent with the product must be returned completely.
    • The right of withdrawal may be deemed invalid for products returned damaged or incomplete.

    3. Return Process

    You can submit your return request by sending an email to ceyhun@marbb.co or by calling +90 539 829 63 00. After the return is approved, you must send the product to the specified address.

    4. Return Shipping Cost

    Shipping costs for returns within the scope of the right of withdrawal are borne by the buyer. For defective or damaged product deliveries, shipping costs are covered by the seller.

    5. Refund

    The payment is refunded within 14 days at the latest from the date the returned product reaches the seller, using the payment method used by the buyer.

    6. Cancellation

    Order cancellation requests can be made for orders that have not yet been shipped. You can submit your cancellation request to ceyhun@marbb.co.
